BYE BYE 2025, WELCOME 2025
Some tips for the holiday season;
1. Share your meals with loved ones.
2. Exercise, preferably outside, so you can enjoy the sunshine.
3. Stretch, especially after meals. I would recommend the floor or outside, but if the dining table calls your name, go for it!
DECEMBER 2025 newsletteR
Hey, how’s life, everyone?
November has passed, and December has arrived. Since we all have a clear idea of where we are heading and what the meaning of life is, after contemplating this for the past month, it is an excellent time to calm down and prepare for the holiday season. My November went fast, lots of sleeping, meditating, fasting, and gardening, trying to help my gut and body to calm down, so I can survive the busy summer. As most of you know, my mum is arriving next week, and I am super excited about that. I was fully planning to get this newsletter out a couple of weeks ago, but time escaped from me. I was too busy shuffling furniture and getting the house ready for visitors, haha. From a work point of view, I will finish work on the 22nd of December. All the slots are fully booked, but if you are in desperate need, send me a message, and I’ll try to sort you out so you can get a little reset before the madness of Christmas. I’ll be back at work on the 5th of January.
Last year, we discussed about wellbeing threshold and how to navigate through the festivities without getting stressed out and overeating, and feeling overall terrible. You can get back to that on my website if you need a reminder. This year, I would like to remind everyone that the whole point of having a holiday is to rest and recharge. So when things get crazy, ask yourself, “Is this recharging my battery or draining it?” There’s your answer if it’s good for you or not. We all fill our cups a bit differently, so follow your intuition. Since it’s summer and warm, spend as much time as possible outside in the sun and truly connect with your loved ones, without phones and distractions. Basically, be don’t do, simple as that.
I hope you really took the time to think about what you want out of the year 2026. Now is the time to write down those intentions. I already bought a new paper calendar and started writing down my goals and plans for next year. I know it sounds silly, at least to some of you, but it really does make a difference. Setting intentions and working towards them makes things meaningful and helps you to get back on track when life throws you a little curveball.
I truly value each and every one of you, and your commitment to your own wellbeing. Makes me proud to be able to assist you with your healing and see the difference made. I have had some amazing gifts from you guys, including baked goods and another diary, so you guys really know what I like. That’s why I want to give you a little Christmas present. Make your first booking for next year before the end of December 31st, and I’ll give you $10 off for the first session. Those of you who have already on top of this and have made their bookings will get it as well, of course. January seems to be the month that most of us get off the rails with our wellbeing, so I want to help you to commit to it even in the busy festive season.
Take it easy, everyone, hopefully the world doesn’t end this Christmas either, even tho the signs are there every year! If you see me and Mum wandering around, please come and say hi, she’ll smile and giggle, but won’t understand much of what you are saying. Looking forward to the holidays, hope you are too.
Love

Be careful with your treats so they don’t end up in wrong paws.
Also this is the diary I got gifted, pages will be full in no time.
Just a reminder of some self care over the holidays as well! I use the cups almost everyday, easy and makes such a difference. I just ordered some more so you can get your own and start the treatment/torture!
